Job Description Job Title Senior Associate Global Access Strategy Department Client Solutions and Carrier Relations Location Mumbai Reporting Senior Manager Global Access Strategy Job Type Full Time Shift General Shift 1.1.2 PRE-REQUISITES  6+ years of Telecom experience, 4+ years must be relevant and in international market  Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal  Knowledge of Access technologies & market price points  Existing Relationship with international telecom carriers  Extensive experience in circuit price negotiations  Speaking of any international language is a plus point  Strong analytical skills. 1.1.3 RESPONSIBILITIES  Participate in quotation process to acquire new customers and/or upsale to existing customers.  Managing procurement of data services like IPLC, FR, MPLS, L2 circuits, Ethernet, DSL etc.  Manage Contracts/MSA  Network and cost optimization projects: Manage renewals of network deals, grooms and meet set cost reductions  Handle escalations from Service Delivery and operations for issues related to vendor or partner  Handle and negotiate billing disputes with vendors if escalated.  Travel if required to meet vendors and partners  Any additional task given to the incumbent from time to time based on business needs NTTGN EXPERIENCE  6+ years of progressive and relevant experience 1.1.5 EDUCATION  BE/B-tech and / or postgraduate qualifications Workplace type: About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
