Hi Aspirants,

Endurance Technologies Ltd. is hiring a skilled Magma Simulation Engineer to join our Casting R&D team at our Chakan (Pune) facility.

This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in casting simulation using Magma software, who are passionate about optimizing casting designs and processes.

Location:
Chakan, Pune

Experience Required:
Relevant industry experience in Magma simulation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform casting simulations using Magma software (HPDC / LPDC)
  • Analyze simulation results and provide recommendations for design and process improvements
  • Collaborate with product design and tooling teams to implement casting solutions
  • Identify and troubleshoot casting defects through simulation
  • Document findings and present reports to R&D and production teams
  • Support new product development and process optimization projects

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Hands-on experience with Magma casting simulation software
  • Good understanding of casting processes (HPDC/LPDC preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in interpreting simulation results and implementing feedback
  • Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Production Engineering or related fields
  • Software knowledge: Magma (mandatory), NX (preferred)
