SAP & Allied Applications-Logistics

Objective :

- Provide Day to day support on SAP and Allied Application to Business Users. Acts as a front end Support to business representatives, Front line solution Provider and implement new Projects with proper Change Management.

- Training to New and Existing users on SAP & its peripheral system. Work as a functional expert + Co-ordinator Between Business user and Development Team to Convert Requirement into Effective Solution.

- Expertise in automotive business processes and SAP integration will be critical in driving efficiency, streamlining operations, and delivering high-quality solutions that align with industry standards. will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our SAP landscape, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and efficient business operations.

"If this role does not exists then business process continuity wrt SAP process will affect and may results into Business losses Sustenance of Existing Application +Horizontal/Cross Deployment of Application & Upcoming New Business Requirements execution may get delayed

Role & Requirements :

- Posses Learning abilities to keep knowledge up to date on two fronts :

1) Business knowledge in areas of process change Or new product/ business process development

2) Getting acquainted with new technologies and methodologies for project delivery"

- Multitasking activities for Daily support management for SAP to ensure seamless user experience, business continuity and on the other hand managing projects. Both of these by performing regular review mechanism with service providers and business teams

- System Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP modules, analyzing and resolving issues, ensuring system stability across eM&M Location for SAP Logistics Modules and Allied Application

- Effective Call management and adhering to the SLA's for call closure by ensuring enhanced customer experience ."

- Work as a SPOC on plant Co-Ordinator in Manufacturing Unit and translate business requirement pertaining to Manufacturing processes in SAP.

- Understanding of Manufacturing scenarios of repetitive, discrete and project manufacturing. re-design, formulate Business process as per case based on Business Requirements

- Implementation on System Validations and Locks to perform error free Transactions .

- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements

- Implement Projects on Value stream mapping to Reduce NVA like Auto declaration , Simplicity & Mobile Applications

- User Training and Documentation- Carrying out proper Documentation in terms of Standard operation Manuals, Project Plans, Minutes of Meetings, Review file, ensuring professional and systematic approach.

- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to facilitate efficient use of SAP systems. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures, Functional Specifications

- Manage the SAP change control process, coordinating with stakeholders to assess impacts and ensure smooth deployment of changes. Participate in SAP version upgrades and enhancements participate in Testing to keep the system aligned with business requirements.

- Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to optimize business processes within the SAP environment, propose innovative solutions, and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Education Qualifications : Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering / B Tech

- General Experience 5-7 years of domain experience in manufacturing or supporting automotive manufacturing industry with Strong Knowledge SAP Logistics Module

- Strong Knowledge of Business Process in Auto Industry.

- In-depth understanding of Automotive manufacturing processes, including production, supply chain, procurement, and sales, and a strong grasp of industry-specific challenges and requirements

- Able to do Impact analysis of SAP Configurations & Its linkages on different programs.

- Proficient in configuring and customizing SAP modules related to manufacturing, such as PP, MM, SD, QM, PM, and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage

- Work as self-directed and independently
