Job Responsibilities:

Has full stack experience and exposure to building platforms for Big Data and ML/AI.

Does rapid prototyping and shows the value and then hands it over to the team for further development.

Constantly evolve the platform to identify bottlenecks in both runtime and development time aspects of the platform and improve them.

Mentor to write quality code and documentation which can be used as an example for your company.

Mentor and manage other engineers and continue building a strong culture of quality.

Plan to reduce technical debt.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field (e. g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc.) with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience building highly scalable distributed systems.

Has advanced knowledge of at least one programming language (python, node( Good to have) Golang) and at least basic knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: Kafka, NoSQL & relational databases, Redis, MQ etc.

Should have hands on experience in system design and microservice architecture.

Expertise on cloud ecosystem (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Should have hands on experience in AI/ML architecture (ML Engineer)

Exposure to build, develop and scale LLM based application using Langchain, Llamaindex, Azure Openai and VectorDB is a nice to have skill

Good understanding of docker, Kubernetes and DevOps/MlOps practices.
