Location: Hyderabad (On-Site)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET applications using .NET Core and other related technologies.
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Azure platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Act as an individual contributor by actively participating in coding, code reviews, and debugging.
Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement.
Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and production incidents.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains at the cutting edge.
Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD processes and ensure smooth deployment pipelines.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a .NET Lead or in a similar role.
Extensive experience with .NET Core and the .NET Framework.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Proficiency in developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
