Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect and Presales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with strong experience in solution architecture, design, and presales activities. The role requires collaboration with various teams to develop and deliver innovative SAP solutions that align with our clients' business needs. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design: Design and develop SAP FICO solutions based on customer requirements and business processes. Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and meet the customer's requirements, industry standards, and best practices. Conduct fit-gap analysis and advise on SAP best practices to optimize business processes. Presales Activities: Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Provide expertise during presales activities, including presentations, solution demonstrations, RFP responses, and proposal development. Develop and present SAP FICO solution proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition and business benefits. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing tailored solutions to meet client requirements. Project Leadership: Serve as the SAP FICO subject matter expert (SME) on various projects and initiatives. Lead workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and training sessions with clients. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful delivery of SAP FICO projects. Guide project teams on SAP FICO configuration, customization, and integration. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on SAP FICO solutions and industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, development, and support teams, to ensure alignment on client requirements and solutions. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO product developments, enhancements, and industry trends. Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and methodologies for SAP FICO solution delivery. Mentor and train junior consultants and team members on SAP FICO modules and processes. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 17+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 10+ years in a solution architect or presales role. Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP FICO solutions for large-scale enterprises. Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and internal orders. Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate complex business requirements into SAP FICO solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. SAP FICO certification(s) and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred. Experience in working with global clients and managing multicultural teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP) and their integration with SAP FICO. Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.
