Sr. UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate and refine designs.
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Apply responsive and mobile-first design principles for cross-platform consistency.
• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, design systems).
• Strong skills in Figma (mandatory) and working knowledge of Adobe XD, Axure RP.
• Experience with AI-driven design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Uizard, Runway, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting usability testing and user research.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
