The ideal candidate is someone who is logically strong, deeply interested in software craftsmanship, and has solid hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications, preferably within the banking or financial services domain.---Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain microservices and API-based solutions using Java (8+) and Spring Boot.Work closely with architects, business analysts, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Optimize application performance, scalability, and resilience through best coding and design practices.Apply strong problem-solving and debugging skills to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.Collaborate in an agile environment — participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and design discussions.Ensure security, reliability, and maintainability of applications aligned with enterprise and domain standards.Write unit tests, integration tests, and maintain high code coverage.Continuously explore new technologies, tools, and techniques to improve development efficiency.---Required Skills and Experience7+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.Experience in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with database technologies — relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).Exposure to messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
