Job Description: Distributor Sales Specialist (Senior)Position: Senior Distributor Sales Specialist (Liquor)Location: KhargharEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities- Manage sales and distribution of liquor brands across assigned retail outlets (wine shops, bars, restaurants, clubs, etc.).- Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, bar owners, and wholesalers.- Ensure visibility, availability, and placement of products at outlets.- Execute promotions, sampling, and brand activation campaigns.- Collect orders, coordinate deliveries, and track receivables.- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.- Maintain compliance with excise regulations and company policies.- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports (DSR)- It is essential to have their own mode of transport(2 wheeler).Desired Candidate Profile- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred: B.Com / BBA / Marketing).- 2–3 years of sales experience in liquor / FMCG / beverages industry.- Strong local market knowledge and retailer network.- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Self-motivated and target-oriented.- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travel within assigned area.Salary & Benefits- Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience).- Incentives: Performance-based bonuses on achieving sales targets.- Allowances: Travel & mobile reimbursement.How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their CV or contact directly.Email : :
