"We are looking for eCommerce Consultant/Business Analyst with expertise in Websphere Commerce/Magento/Hybris space to be part of our team.

Candidate Competencies · Ability to bring structure to an unstructured solution environment. · Articulate and ability to facilitate conversations between diverse functional and hierarchical groups to drive convergence of vision and viewpoints · Quick learner, has to have the ability to walk into unrelated industries assess assistance, to-be needs and re-use best practices from across multiple industries to craft the most appropriate solution. · Should be passionate about technology and its ability to transform businesses. · The candidate should have excellent analytical skills and be able to sieve through large and often conflicting data to develop key insights. · High energy, self-motivated and independent. · Strong written and oral communication skills with capability to deliver informative, well-organized business documentation.

Responsibilities · Elicit, analyze and document business and functional requirements · Translate high-level, complex business requirements into functional specifications · Understand business impact of the requirements and take complete functional ownership of the solution · Support business development and pre-sales · Analyze business and industry trends to form point of views · Build business value justification cases · Advisory role on IT Strategy, Applications portfolio optimization, governance and development processes

Specifications We are specifically looking at Business Analyst for Digital Marketing with exposure and expertise in the following areas: · Any prior experience working on any of the below Digital Areas / Domains will be added advantage o Experience in varied B2B & B2C eCommerce engagements like consulting/implementations/operations etc. with part of at least 2-3 sizeable engagements o Expertise in content and commerce space – with functional knowledge of Websphere Commerce/Magento/Hybris modules o Good understanding on business user tools to manage the content site and ecommerce online application o Understanding of catalog, products, pricing & promotions, Search, Supply Chain, Payment Gateway, Personalization, Chatbots etc. o Understanding of Global and Localization o Evaluation & selection of E -Commerce platform that meets clients’ needs o Experience in interacting with creative agencies and business users to discuss the requirements o Handle Solution definition / fitment o Experience working on Agile delivery model o Experience of close working with customer product owners for requirements elicitation and documentation o Ability to create use cases / functional specification documents o Ability to review the test cases o Ability to deliver business user trainings o Should have ability to do market research & competitor analysis · Domains (any or more shall be considered as an added advantage) o Retail, Consumer Goods & Manufacturing o Travel & Hospitality o Banking , Capital Markets, Insurance & Financial Services o Consumer Technology, Media & Entertainment
