Job Description :


- Lead and mentor a team of UiPath developers to deliver high-quality automation solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand automation needs and develop strategies to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Design, develop, and implement advanced UiPath automation solutions using a variety of techniques, including data scrapping, OCR (Optical Character Recognition) engines, recordings, UiExplorer usage, and selectors configuration.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure best practices are followed and standards are maintained.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the UiPath development team, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on UiPath and provide thought leadership on automation best practices, tools, and trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UiPath automation solutions with other systems and applications.

- Develop and maintain documentation for UiPath processes, including technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and user guides.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in UiPath technology and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath, including advanced development and implementation of automation solutions.

- Strong programming background in any coding language, with preference given to .Net experience.

- Demonstrated expertise in various UiPath automation techniques, such as data scrapping, OCR engines, recordings, UiExplorer, selectors, etc.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and automation tasks.

- Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation tasks.

- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and objectives.
