Job Description

Objectives :

· Ensure the smooth functioning of Microsoft applications and services. Focused on core services such as Exchange online, Teams, Powerapps, Security, Compliance etc.

· Optimize and enhance the organization's infrastructure services for performance and reliability.

· Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard data and systems.

· Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Microsoft and Infrastructure related issues.

Responsibilities:

Microsoft Management:

· Administer user accounts, licenses, and access permissions within Microsoft and EntraID.

· Configure and manage Exchange Hybrid Infrastructure, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Defender suite and other Microsoft services.

· Implement and manage Microsoft security features, including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Microsoft governance and security.

· Monitor and analyze Microsoft usage and performance metrics.

Infrastructure Services Management:

· Administer and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure components.

· Implement and manage network configurations, ensuring optimal performance.

· Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.

· Perform regular backups, updates, and patches to ensure system stability.

EntraID Management:

· Administer Entra ID, including user and group management, and synchronization with on-premises Active Directory.

· Implement and manage Azure AD Connect for seamless user identity synchronization.

· Configure and monitor Azure AD Identity Protection for enhanced security.

· Collaborate with the other teams to implement Azure AD-based conditional access policies.

Security and Compliance:

· Implement and enforce security policies and procedures for Microsoft services as per FIFA’s guidelines.

· Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Support and Troubleshooting:

· Provide tier support for Microsoft -related issues, collaborating with the service desk as needed.

· Investigate and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

· Document and communicate resolutions for recurring issues.

· Generate regular reports on Microsoft usage, performance, and security.

· Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

. Collaboration and Communication:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align technology solutions.

· Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates and insights.
