Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
Experience: 6 months to 1 year.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for domestic IT roles, with a focus on contract hiring.
Source and screen candidates using various job portals, LinkedIn, and Naukri.
Evaluate candidate skills and match them with client requirements, especially for SAP and Oracle ERP roles
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment status.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future requirements.
Work closely with the business team to understand hiring needs and deliver profiles within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in any discipline BCA, MCA or similarare encouraged to apply
6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (domestic hiring).
Hands-on experience in contract hiring.
Familiarity with ERP systems (experience working on SAP/Oracle positions preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
