Position Overview:
As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and success of our organization, particularly in managing financial aspects related to our international clients. You will lead the finance and accounting team, drive financial strategy, and provide critical insights to support our company's growth and stability. Your financial acumen and leadership will be instrumental in shaping our future success in international transactions.
Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy : Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals, with a strong focus on international financial transactions.
International Client Financial Management : Manage financial aspects related to international clients, including international payments, foreign exchange risk, and cross-border transactions.
Financial Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Financial Reporting : Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and budget vs. actual reports, to provide insights for strategic decision-making, especially concerning international operations.
Financial Controls : Establish and maintain strong financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information, with a focus on international financial compliance.
Treasury Management : Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management, particularly related to international transactions.
Cost Analysis : Conduct detailed cost analysis to support pricing strategies, cost control, and profitability improvement, especially in international contexts.
Risk Management : Identify, assess, and manage financial risks associated with international operations, including currency exchange, interest rates, and credit risk.
Audit and Compliance : Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements in all regions of operation, with a strong emphasis on international compliance.
Financial Modeling : Develop and analyze financial models to evaluate and support new business opportunities and investments, especially those involving international clients.

Requirements:
Minimum of 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a significant portion in a leadership role, and a proven track record in managing international financial aspects.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Proven experience in international financial strategy development and implementation.
Strong knowledge of international finance and global supply chain operations, particularly related to payments and cross-border transactions.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting, with an emphasis on international financial compliance.
Sound understanding of tax regulations, compliance, and international financial standards.
Proximity to the office location for efficient coordination.
