Overview :

- We are seeking a skilled Neoload and Tosca Expert to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Neoload and Tosca, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing performance testing and test automation solutions.

- This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our software applications through meticulous testing processes.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and maintain performance test strategies using Neoload to assess the performance, reliability, and scalability of applications.

- Design, create, and execute performance test scripts and scenarios to simulate real-world user scenarios and workload conditions.

- Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and areas for optimization.

- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues in applications.

- Provide guidance and support to team members on performance testing best practices and methodologies.

- Lead efforts to automate functional and regression tests using Tosca, ensuring the quality and stability of software releases.

- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, scripts, and tools to streamline testing processes.

- Participate in requirement analysis and test planning activities to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in performance testing and test automation technologies.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes within the organization.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Proven experience in performance testing using Neoload, including script development, execution, and analysis.

- Proficiency in test automation using Tosca, with hands-on experience in creating and maintaining test scripts.

- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex test results and identify performance bottlenecks.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Experience with performance monitoring and profiling tools is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

- Relevant certifications in performance testing and test automation (e.g., Neoload, Tosca) are advantageous.
