We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support. You will create policies and procedures and oversee the customer service provided by the team.These skills will prove invaluable when mentoring the representatives in your team and mediating with customers. An outstanding customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.

  • Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Creating policies and procedures.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • 12th / graduate degree in administration or a related field.
  • Freshers to 1 years experience.
  • Excellent English interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
  • Location-mg road Bangalore 5 openings
  • freshers to experience in Customer support is ok
  • Salary upto 17k to 19k tale home
  • Candidates will be responsible to attend calls and emails and resove querie
  • Time 8am to 5pm or 10 to 7pm .
  • 6 days working Sunday holiday
  • Age 30yrs
