Role An Electronics Production Head (or Manager) oversees and manages the entire electronics manufacturing process, focusing on achieving production targets, ensuring product quality and safety, managing staff, optimizing processes, and controlling costs. Key responsibilities include planning production schedules, coordinating with engineering and quality teams, analyzing performance data, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and resolving production issues. Strong leadership, communication, technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities

  • Production Management: Plan and oversee daily production operations, optimize processes for efficiency, and meet production targets.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control standards and ensure products meet dimensional and quality requirements.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, mentor, and train production staff, assess their performance, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to safety protocols and health and safety regulations.
  • Technical Oversight: Understand and troubleshoot production equipment and processes, manage preventive maintenance, and assist in the introduction of new products and processes.
  • Reporting & Budgeting: Track costs, manage department budgets, and report production status and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly resolve production issues.
  • Leadership & Coordination: Ability to lead and motivate a production team and coordinate with other departments.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and resource management abilities.
  • Education: Typically a bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field, combined with significant experience. & responsibilities
