T200 Concession Design Engineer
Experience: 5 - 12 Years
1. Hands-on execution of Aerostructures composite/Metallic Wing concessions.
2. Approved Design Signatory (T200) for concessions work
3. Identify the non conformance of concessions from design point of view and to solve the same.
4. In depth Knowledge/work experience on drawing reading.
5. In depth Knowledge/work experience of Design solution to clear the non-conformance in the Customer concession Methods & Process.
6. Having knowledge of ATA chapter is added skill advantage
7. In depth tool Knowledge/Handson execution on Catia, SAP, DPDS, Zamiz /AIRINA, VPM/PDM.
8. Managing customer requirements & proposal support Guide & mentor team members
9. Having knowledge on Primary and Secondary Structures of Aircraft.
10. Understand the standards and working procedures applicable in concessions.
11. Good understanding of Airbus standards (SRM/ASR) of working procedures applicable in Wing concessions
12. Coordinate with stress assessment team for design solution verifications.
13. Supporting ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to increase team Efficiency through methods, process and other capability improvements.
14. Responsible for Quality & KPI of the project
15. Analysis of production/ in-service non conformities (concession/repairs)
16. Monitoring the delivery excellence aspects of the project
17. Good understanding of Stress requirements.
18. Good Verbal and written English skills.
Design Engineers - Aerostructure
SERVICE : Component Design, Modeling and detailing
Experience: 4 -12 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Closely work with leads and support on day-to-day tasks assigned with good quality and timelines.
- Ability to understand change request document like WQN, TRS and implement the requirements in the affected design data set.
- Compilation of design data sets (BOM/ECN/2D/3D) according to methods and tools.
- Work in a challenging work environment and meet deadlines.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Knowledge & experience of Aerostructure (Primary/ Secondary)
- Experience in Aircraft Wing structures will be an added advantage.
- Exposure across programs like A320, A330 and A350 or similar.
- Integrating engineering change requests into parts, assemblies, and associated installation data sets.
- Perform WQN/DQN/TRS embodiment task.
- Experience in CATIA (sheet metal, machined components, and detailing).
- Developing or modification of design data packages (BOM/ECN/2D/3D) that adhere to standards and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
- Good understanding on Engineering drawings and GD&T
- Good Knowledge of Aerospace domain and terminologies.
