Key Responsibilities Thinking user-first, always. Work closely with UX designers and product teams to bring concepts to life. Ensure pixel-perfect translation of designs into interactive UIs. Deliver responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible interfaces. Optimize rendering performance for smooth, high-quality experiences. Contribute to testing, debugging, and polishing UIs for reliability and usability. Keep up with modern UI design patterns, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve our product experience. Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience as a UI Developer. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling practices (SCSS, Styled Components, etc.). Experience in responsive design and deep knowledge of accessibility (WCAG standards). Ability to work with Figma or similar tools to translate visual designs into production-ready UIs. Understanding of UI performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows. Preferred Skills Exposure to maritime, logistics, or enterprise software domains. Familiarity with Java Script UI behaviors, animations, and micro-interactions. Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks (basic working knowledge only). Knowledge of SVG, canvas, or lightweight visualization techniques.
