About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Software Engineer to join our dynamic software development team in Chennai.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java applications using cutting-edge technologies.

You will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and impactful software solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement complex Java applications using industry best practices.

- Develop and maintain microservices using Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.

- Stay updated on the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies.

- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 4-6 years of professional experience in Java software development.

- Strong proficiency in Java programming, including core Java concepts (OOP, data structures, algorithms).

- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying microservices using Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).

- Experience with relational databases (e., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e., MongoDB).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
