Key Responsibilities:Support Teamcenter (PLM), Polarion (ALM), and other engineering applications by diagnosing and resolving issues.Conduct comprehensive functionality tests for new or updated applications to confirm desired results.Guide users in troubleshooting and resolving Teamcenter and Polarion issues.Assist in root cause investigations and implement changes/updates to PLM/ALM systems.Make configuration adjustments as needed by the functional team.Train IT team members on Teamcenter and Polarion support.Communicate customizations and configurations to the technical team.Script and code minor enhancements as needed.Design and modify reports based on business needs.Escalate unresolved issues to L3, L4, or the delivery manager.Provide desktop and application support for Product Development operations, including installation, repair, upgrades, and maintenance.Deliver functional, technical, and data administration services.Coordinate with the infrastructure team to ensure timely issue resolution.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience with enterprise systems, or experience as a Developer or Systems Analyst in product development.2 years of experience supporting Teamcenter and Polarion.2 years of object-oriented web development using Java or C#.NET.2 years of experience in application, desktop, and infrastructure support.Skills & Abilities:Expertise in PLM applications, including configuration, integration, analytics, scheduling, and reporting.Knowledge of XML scripting, HTML, JavaScript, and HA tools.Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) and SQL.Understanding of product development processes and ERP (SAP) familiarity.Strong communication skills in English.
