Education:


12+4+2 pattern, for instance BE (CS/IT/ E&CE) and Post Graduation in Mgt. in HR JOB -


Role, Duties and Responsibilities


  • Passion for People Technology innovation, knowledge of the HR System landscape, experience in implementing new People technology platforms
  • Ability to translate business objectives and needs into a clear vision and road map, and in clear requirements. And then support the execution of that vision
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including experience of working directly with users & collaborating across internal teams, partners, consultants to deliver complex projects Ability to understand technical concepts / software applications and to use data, metrics, and user research findings to back up assumptions and drive actions
  • Ability to manage and negotiate with external suppliers and vendors
  • Good command over MS Excel, MS Power Point with an analytical bend of mind
  • Good presentation skills to support meetings and presentation
