Responsibilities : Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease. Oversee hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis operations, ensuring adherence to protocols and optimal outcomes. Perform and interpret renal biopsies and imaging studies to guide diagnosis and therapy. Manage complex metabolic, electrolyte, acid-base, and hypertension challenges in renal patients. Lead pre- and post-transplant care, including immunosuppression management and rejection surveillance. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. Engage in clinical audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate, compliant medical records using electronic health systems. Requirements: MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Nephrology (DNB, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution. Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and eligibility to practice in the specified region. Proven experience in managing CKD, AKI, and glomerular diseases. Demonstrated expertise in dialysis management and renal biopsy interpretation. Competency in renal imaging analysis and managing complex metabolic disorders. Experience in hypertension and transplant-related care, including immunosuppression protocols. Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
