As part of our mission, we are seeking experienced professionals to join us as Startup Mentors and guide the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Role Overview

As a Startup Mentor , you will play a key role in supporting early-stage and growth-stage founders by offering insights, strategic guidance, and real-world experience. This is an opportunity to contribute to a global initiative that’s shaping the future of entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor startup founders in your area of expertise (AI, Defence, BioTech, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Share knowledge on strategy, fundraising, scaling, leadership, and market entry
  • Participate in structured mentoring sessions (virtual and in-person where possible)
  • Provide constructive feedback on business models, pitches, and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with the StartupNow team to strengthen the global mentor ecosystem
  • Optionally contribute to events, workshops, and community discussions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience (entrepreneur, operator, investor, or domain expert)
  • Proven track record of building, scaling, or advising startups/enterprises
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Ability to commit a few hours monthly for mentoring sessions
  • Passion for supporting founders and contributing to a global ecosystem
