- Coordination:Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Problem-Solving:Diagnosing and resolving technical difficulties, unexpected issues, and delays that arise during construction.
- Documentation:Preparing and maintaining detailed site reports, project logs, and necessary work documentation.
- Resource Management:Coordinating and managing construction materials, equipment, and other resources efficiently.
