As an IT Analyst specializing in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), you will play a crucial role in supporting sales processes, ensuring that the SAP system meets business requirements while delivering exceptional user experiences. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Support and configure the SAP SD module to meet business needs across sales processes including order management, pricing, and billing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and recommend solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Conduct testing and validation of SAP SD configurations as well as user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide L2 and L3 support for issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders. Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP SD processes, configurations, and user guidelines. Stay up-to-date with SAP releases and enhancements to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of the system. Required Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience working with the SAP SD module. Strong understanding of sales processes, distribution methods, and relevant pricing procedures. Experience with configuring sales documents (e.g., sales orders, delivery, billing) and setting up master data relevant to the SD module. Ability to analyze issues, propose solutions, and implement enhancements effectively. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with business end-users and technical teams. Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules such as MM and FI is a plus.
