The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to transform complex datasets into actionable insights through dynamic visualizations and reporting tools. Key Responsibilities · Design and develop interactive dashboards using RShiny for internal and external stakeholders. · Automate and maintain RMarkdown reports and RStudio workflows for regular reporting needs. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. · Optimize RShiny applications for performance, scalability, and usability. · Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and visualizations. · Implement version control and documentation for reproducibility and collaboration. · Provide support and training to users on RShiny dashboards and RStudio tools. Required Skills & Qualifications · Strong proficiency in R programming, including tidyverse, ggplot2, dplyr, and data.table. · Hands-on experience with RShiny application development and deployment. · Experience with RMarkdown, knitr, and flexdashboard for report generation. · Familiarity with SQL and data extraction from relational databases. · Understanding of UI/UX principles for dashboard design. · Experience with Git or other version control systems. · Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
