Location - Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai4. Educational Background - UG. – B. Tech /B. E in any specializationPG. – MCA/MTech/MBA/MSC5. Key Responsibilities -- Serve as the primary technical expert for Gen AI technologies, with a focus on enhancing our Gen AI footprint across our clients by developing, implementing, and optimizing advanced AI models and solutions.- The SME will provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and ensure the successful integration of AI technologies into our IT services to our client- Define best practices, standards, and templates for AI solutions- Conduct workshops, demos, and client presentations on Gen AI use cases.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical experts along with business stakeholders) for identifying, evaluating and implementing used cases across different customers.- Evaluate and integrate emerging Gen AI technologies to enhance conversational AI capabilities.- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to teams.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform integration and functionality issues.6. Skills Required -- 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience with AI / Gen AI (Open AI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).- Expertise in NLP, NLU, and NLG technologies.- Solid understanding of API integrations, backend systems, and data flows.- Programming skills in Python, Node.js, Java or similar, API programming.- Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).7. Additional Requirements -- Excellent problem-solving skills and solution architecture capabilities.- Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
