Payroll Management for contractual employees and Handling full and final processing, along with other routine HR tasks.Location- Noida (WFO)Experience- 2 to 4 YearsEmployment Type- Full timeResponsibilities:Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.Tracking all the leaves applied by Employees in Adrenalin (HR Tool) and Preparing Leave data on Monthly basis.Collecting Timesheets from Employees and updating the records on Monthly basis and Sharing All timesheets with Finance on Monthly basis for billing purpose with in due date.Following up with employees on regular basis for leaves and Attendance updation in Ramco and Handling queries and grievances of employees related to leaves and Attendance on regular basis.Handling contract renewal of Contractual employees and timely closure of the renewal along Checking and Processing Monthly Invoices of all consultants (contractual employees) along with their Attendance Management.Co-ordinating with Finance team for timely closure of FNF and sharing calculation with Employees along with other relevant documents.Performing other routing HR tasks.Skills:Must have handled Leave and Attendance Management.Having exposure to payroll and related activities like statutory compliancesHaving good understanding of HR Related Tasks.Good communication, strong Time Management and ability to prioritize assigned tasks.Must be a strong team player and Active listener.Must be proficient in MS Excel.
