Are you a results-driven sales professional with a strong technical background and a passion for industrial safety?
We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Senior Sales Engineer to spearhead our Industrial Safety & Gas Detection Solutions business. This is your chance to work with world-class brands like Honeywell and make a real impact across critical industries.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute winning sales strategies for Honeywell Fixed Gas Detectors, Fixed Flame Detectors, Gas Detection Control Panels, and Portable Gas Detectors.
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Pharma, Power Plants, and Infrastructure Projects.
- Build lasting relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, system integrators, and end-users.
- Deliver impactful product demos, presentations, and technical discussions to client teams.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure flawless project execution.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and provide market insights & forecasts to management.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Instrumentation or Electronics.
- Experience: 4–8 years in industrial B2B sales, preferably in Gas Detection, Flame Detection, Industrial Safety Equipment, or Process Automation.
- Solid knowledge of Honeywell Analytics products and industry safety standards (a big plus).
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-motivated professional with the willingness to travel across the region.
