Product Design & Development Skills -1. Experience in Design & Development - BIW SYSTEMS - Body Side Panels, A,B,C Pillars, Closures (Doors, Roof, Bonnet, Tail Gate), Fender, Carrier Systems - Front End Carrier, Crash Management System.2. Very Good Skills in Catia V5 - Surface, Solid Modeling & Drafting. , Experience on PLM - Connect3. Experience in Style Surface Feasibility & Analysis i.e. checking Draft, Tooling Feasibility, ECE R26 Regulation Evaluation, creating concept proposals Packaging Study with surrounding parts, Benchmarking Study and Analysis, Joining Processes for Sheet metal parts.4. Understanding of Sheet metal part Operations - Piercing, Blanking, Forming, Drawing, Trimming etc. for tooling feasibility.5. Should have experience in DFx ( Design for Mfg., assembly & Serviceability)6. Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials, GD & T, Stack up DFMEA, DVP etc. will be preferable

Project Co-ordination & Communication Skills -1. Should be responsible for Quality, Delivery,Time lines for responsible system.2. Maintain & support project status & documentation to present in Customer Meetings.3. Should be able to give advance inputs to Internal teams & Customer to resolve the issues.4. Strong communication , Presentation & Documentation skills

Should have experience in DFx ( Design for Mfg., assembly & Serviceability)4. Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials, GD & T, Stack up DFMEA, DVP etc. will be preferable5. Understand CAE, Sheet metal Simulation requirements, Targets and results for project requirements & implementation6.Review, Check the project 3D & 2D Data, Give Feedbacks to team members on day today basis.

Project Co-ordination & Communication Skills -1. Should be able to

handle Team of 3-5 Members. Strong Project Management Skills.2. Experience as

Single Point of Contact for Customer & Internal Teams.3. Project Plan preparation, Issue Resolution Skills., Maintain project status.4. Should be
