Job Description – Relationship Manager (Gold Loan)  Location: Bhopal  CTC: Up to 4 LPA  Product: Gold Loan  Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Open Market Sourcing) Key Responsibilities: Source new customers for Gold Loan through open market channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets. Conduct market visits, promotional activities, and area mapping. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Gold Loan / Secured Loans preferred). Strong network in the local market.
