Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework. You will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework.2. Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.3. Database Management: Design and implement database schemas, queries, and optimizations using PostgreSQL or other relational databases.4. Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs and issues.5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Ruby on Rails development and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.- Proficiency in Ruby programming language and the Ruby on Rails framework.- Strong understanding of web development concepts, including MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with version control systems such as Git.- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
