Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer at MapCom Info Solution Private Limited, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate closely with software developers, system operators (SysOps), and other stakeholders to manage code releases, deployments, and monitoring of our systems. Your expertise will be crucial in automating and streamlining our operations and Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for various projects.

- Manage and automate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Deploy, manage, and scale applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Monitor system performance and implement system improvements.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of systems.

- Implement best practices for security, scalability, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment.

- Document processes and monitor system health Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.

- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell scripting, etc.).

- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana).

- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, etc.).

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of database management and SQL.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
