Title: SEO Specialist

Location: Remote (Full-time)

Exp: 4-5yrs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute SEO Strategies aligned with Googles latest algorithm updates and user intent.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword analysis to unearth gaps and untapped opportunities and then devise and roll out on-page optimization tactics and content guidelines to bolster organic visibility.
  • Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices across websites and landing pages.
  • Generate Leads Organically.
  • Evaluate web analytics to offer performance feedback to the team, discern visitor patterns and trends, and inform subsequent actions.
  • Optimize search features (Featured Snippets, People Also Ask, etc.) and zero-click results.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
  • Stay up to date with search engine trends, particularly the impact of AI on search (Search Generative Experience, Bing Copilot, etc.).
  • Implement and improve internal linking strategies, site speed, mobile optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Coordinate with the web development team to address technical issues affecting SEO.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a service-based or B2B company.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, content ranking factors, and user behavior.
  • Proven success in driving organic traffic growth and lead generation through SEO.
  • Strong experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, GSC, Surfer SEO, etc.
  • Awareness of AI integration in content workflows and ability to responsibly use AI tools for productivity.
