The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.ResponsibilitiesTeam management of front line sales.Increase penetration & support BAL in growing market share through frontline sales teamTo ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (Within & Outside dealership) as per the targets through the front line sales teamMaintain & improve the relationship with the dealers through frontline sales teamResolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the dealersCoordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the frontline sales teamInterview & Selects DMAs/CSMs and recommend the same to RM &HO for final approvalUnderstand various reports & take corrective action with the dealership& frontline sales teamResponsible for PDD i.e., post disbursal docs viz., RC details etc.Update RMs on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs Achieved & escalate the issues to themKey Performance Areavolume targets for the area on quarterly basis through teamincrease in number of finance customers within dealerships on quarterly basislaunch and initiate special schemes for festivals and conduct loan melas etc. In tandem with the RM/ZMmore customers by utilizing alternate channelsfor supervising front line sales team ensuring process and policy adherenceFEMI and nonstarter within the approved levelsthe process quality parameters within approved levelscredit document quality by regular audits of the teamand development of the front line sales teamwith training team to improve team performancequeries of team and guide them to achieve 100% target
