Coforge Ltd. is hiring for the position of AWS Data Governance Architect in Pune and Greater Noida. Experience required: 10 to 15 years. This is a full-time role focused on leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade data governance frameworks on AWS. Key Responsibilities include:-- Architecting scalable, secure, and auditable data governance solutions on AWS. - Establishing policies for data quality, security, privacy, and compliance across the organization. - Leveraging AWS services such as Glue, Lake Formation, IAM, S3, and Redshift. - Collaborating with engineering, data science, and business teams to implement governance policies. - Implementing tools for metadata management, data lineage tracking, and cataloging. - Ensuring data practices align with regulatory requirements like GDPR and HIPAA. - Developing automated workflows for data validation and monitoring using AWS tools. - Creating documentation and providing training on governance policies and tools. Required Skills & Qualifications:-- 10–15 years of experience in data architecture, governance, and cloud technologies. - Proven expertise in AWS data services. - Strong understanding of data governance principles and compliance frameworks. - Experience with metadata management tools and data cataloging. - Hands-on experience with data security and access control mechanisms. - Familiarity with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing concepts. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have:-- Certifications in AWS. - Experience with data governance tools like Collibra or Informatica. - Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance standards.
