Junior Associate, Solution Engineering

.Western Union powers your pursuit.In this exciting role you will be utilizing your skills in developing, enhancing, working on functionality issues and implementation of new technologies to create a platform which helps the world to move money for better. As a Junior Associate, you will be responsible for implementation of a service delivery model supporting assigned platforms through a predefined frame-work.Role ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for developing and implementing new software, but also maintaining and improving existing software. You ensure that software functionality is implemented with a focus on code optimization, and you recommend improvements to existing software programs.Role Requirements2-4 years of experience in Java Development, Java11 and aboveExcellent programming skills with test driven development approachFamiliar with Microservices driven architectureHands on experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, JBOSS server.Hands on experience in using SOAP and RESTful webservices.Databases RDBMS/NoSQL, No-SQL database (preferably Couchbase)GIT, Maven(pom),Docker is a must haveCI/CD pipeline(DevOps) experience is optional.Design Patterns experience will be a plus.Cloud development experience with AWS will be a plus.Excellent in understanding the requirement and consistent focus on delivering high quality.Camunda Workflow,Apache Camel Orchestrator is optionalwill also have access to short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few
