Now, we are looking for ahands-on AI Lead Engineerto architect and scale the next frontier of our platform:agentic AI systems for enterprise sales .Role OverviewAsAI Lead Engineer – Agentic Platforms , you will take end-to-end ownership of designing and building thefoundational architecture for multi-agent AI systemsat OrbitShift. This is ahigh-impact rolewhere you’ll combine cutting-edge research with practical engineering to bring agent-based reasoning, orchestration, and automation into our enterprise-grade platform.You’ll be hands-on with code, while also shaping technical direction, and evaluating new frameworks. Your work will directly influence how thousands of enterprise users experience AI in their daily sales workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect & Build:Design and implement the core architecture for agentic AI platforms, including multi-agent workflows, orchestration layers, and reasoning pipelines.AI Systems Development:Develop, fine-tune, and deploy scalable ML/NLP/LLM-driven services in production.Data & Infrastructure:Build and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, training, and real-time serving. Seamlessly embed AI services into OrbitShift products.Performance Optimization:Continuously refine models for accuracy, latency, and enterprise-scale reliability.Innovation & Leadership:Stay ahead of emerging frameworks and bring the best into production.Set technical standards, lead design reviews, and mentor junior engineers in AI engineering best practices.What We’re Looking ForEducation:B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science from a premier instituteExperience:4–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with proven impact in building production systems.Technical Skills:Strong skills in Python, with expertise in designing modular, scalable systems.Hands-on experience withlarge language models (LLMs) , including fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration.Familiarity withagent frameworks(LangChain, DSPy, AutoGen, Ray, or equivalents).Solid understanding ofdistributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native deployments(AWS/GCP/Azure).Strong grounding indata structures, algorithms, and system designwith the ability to make architectural trade-offs.(Preferred) Experience withvector databases(Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), workflow orchestration, and LLMOps practices (monitoring, evaluation, guardrails).Why Join UsBuildfoundational AI systemsat the forefront of enterprise sales automation.Work with a world-class team and top-tier investors.Hybrid/remote-friendly work culture.Ownership, autonomy, and the chance to shape OrbitShift’s AI future.
