This includes managing lead generation, enrichment, automation, reporting, and enabling our sales team with the right tools and data at the right time.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & EnrichmentSource, qualify, and enrich leads using Zoom Info.Ensure accurate and up-to-date lead/contact data in Hub Spot CRM.Develop workflows for effective lead handoff to sales reps.Hub Spot CRM AdministrationManage and optimize Hub Spot pipelines, workflows, and automation.Ensure sales automation tools are working seamlessly to support the team.Create dashboards, reports, and insights to track performance and KPIs.Integration & OptimizationOversee the integration of Zoom Info with Hub Spot.Ensure smooth syncing of data across both platforms.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly.Sales Enablement“Hand-feed” the sales team with high-quality, ready-to-engage leads.Train sales reps on how to use the tools effectively.Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and ROI.QualificationsProven experience managing Hub Spot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, automation).Strong knowledge of Zoom Info (prospecting, enrichment, and integrations).Demonstrated success in CRM/marketing automation management.Strong data management, analytical, and reporting skills.Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate closely with sales teams.
