You will be expected to come prepared, responsible for your work, and ready to move your career to the next level. ️ We do not tolerate complacency, a ‘Jugaadu’, or a ‘Chalta Hai’ attitude. While your manager, peers, and team members will always be there for you, it’s your job to solve your problems and move the needle forward.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the digital marketing team to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across various channels such as Content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing- Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with goals and objectives to increase MQLs- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the brand's goals and audience preferences- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement- Analyze content performance metrics, such as traffic and engagement, to optimize content elements and create content distribution strategies- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and business strategies

Role

- Leadership and strategic direction in digital marketing initiatives.- Communicate content strategy, objectives, and performance insights to stakeholders and leadership.

Team management and mentorship.

- Overall responsibility for achieving digital marketing objectives.- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to content creation and distribution.
