About the Company - Our client, a leading IT services company is actively seeking an accomplished professional for the position of Vice President, Managed Services. This strategic role requires an individual with a robust background in managing Managed Services Practice, Global Solutions, and Presales, and a strong orientation towards client management and innovative, solution-driven approaches.
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive global solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Led the presales team to drive business growth and secure new opportunities through effective solution presentations and client engagements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative and efficient solutions to complex problems.
Directly report to the Chief Digital Officer, providing regular updates on operational performance, client feedback, and strategic initiatives.

Exceptional ability to understand and anticipate client needs, providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations; forward-thinking mindset with a passion for driving innovative solutions within the managed services domain.
