Job Overview: Samvedna Development Society is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chartered Accountant (Fresher) to join our finance team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have recently passed their CA exams (2023 or 2024 batch) and is ready to start their career in accounting and finance. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our financial operations while learning and growing within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Provide support in the preparation of tax returns and tax planning.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in financial reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements and implementation of financial controls.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) exams in the year 2023 or 2024.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
