Join us and be part of the revolution – where every day is an opportunity to redefine what's possible.If you are ready to make a significant impact and shape the future of Porter, apply now and be part of our exciting journey Key Responsibilities:Responsible for P&L of all the cities in the regionPlan for growth and market penetration in the region - pricing and promotion etcResponsible for Customer and Driver Acquisition Responsible for Strategizing and handling day-to-day operations in the regionImplement new processes and refine existing processes in operations that fit within the organisational goalsResponsible for integration of ground operations with technology, central lifecycle and core operationsGather product and market intelligence for the improvement of the productDevise Implementation strategy for new products/processes/features launchedPlanning, hiring, training and effective utilisation of resources in different functionsTo ensure long-term and profitable relationships with business partners and supply retentionContributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning & retentionSkills:P&L managementData-driven decision makingStrong comfort with data and ability to stitch stories and recommendations through data insights.Ability to manage a team spanning citiesProven track record of employee performance management and developmentStrong attention to detail and user-centric approachAbility to influence and drive results in a cross-functional teamAbility to meet deadlines, prioritize work, handle changing priorities, and use of good judgment.Ability to develop, test, and execute marketing campaignsPrior experience working in strategy/business excellence/program management roles preferably in consumer/partner - facing industry will be an advantageLocation- Can be based out of Jaipur/ Lucknow/Chandigarh
