Este rol clave implicará la gestión de los procesos de contabilidad, el control de presupuestos y el aseguramiento del cumplimiento de las regulaciones financieras.
  • Evaluar datos financieros para entender la situación actual y prever tendencias futuras.
  • Establecer y monitorear indicadores clave de rendimiento para medir la eficiencia operativa y financiera.
  • Implementar y mantener sistemas de contabilidad que permitan un análisis detallado de costos y rendimientos.
  • Generar informes regulares sobre el estado financiero y operativo de la empresa.
  • Administrar activos y flujos de caja para asegurar la liquidez y la rentabilidad.
  • Revisar y mejorar los términos de la deuda para condiciones más favorables.
  • Identificar y gestionar oportunidades de financiamiento a través de subvenciones, créditos bancarios e inversores.
  • Diseñar presupuestos financieros y realizar seguimientos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los mismos.
  • Preparar y presentar informes necesarios para la justificación del uso de fondos de subvenciones.

Requirements
  • Alto nivel de inglés.
  • Formación universitaria en Economía, Dirección de Empresas, o similar. Valorables posgrados en Finanzas o Control de
  • Gestión.
  • Experiencia demostrable en finanzas o auditoría. Preferencia por experiencia con A3 y Zoho.
  • Excelente manejo del paquete Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Liderazgo, toma de decisiones, gestión del cambio, resolución de problemas.
  • Residencia en Mallorca
