Job Summary:
The Manager - Logistics & CFSC will be leading all spheres of domestic logistics, CFSC (order management) and EXIM to ensure faster delivery of goods to the customers and better cost management. He/She will establish order management and customer collaboration guidelines for EWIN in line with the directions laid by global supply chain. The incumbent will guide the CFSC team to drive best practices in Order Management and also provide guidance for issue resolution. As a visible and commercially oriented business leader, the incumbent will also be responsible for collaborating across functions within EWIN such as Finance, Demand & Supply Planning, Manufacturing and Sales Team to drive alignment and quick issue resolution.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Lead EWIN Logistics and CFSC Team, to drive consistently high service levels to our customers
● Meet the key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to Logistics, customer service and managing stocking points.
● Coordinate with Plant on optimizing packing plan vs market requirements.
● Proactively manage inventory and establish controls at stocking points to ensure the availability of inventory for next 2 months.
● Follow integrated processes among Logistics and warehouse and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to Logistics Function
● Own Order Management and Service Strategy Initiatives for EWIN
● Define standard CFSC processes for EWIN including Master data management
● Order management guideline and right Performance Metrics (OTIF, Perfect Orders)
● Drive timely communication to customers and sales team for transparency and efficiency in decision making
● Identify and initiate opportunities to improve the flow of goods and information between EWS and customers to reduce cost and / or improve service and make EWS Supply Chain a competitive advantage
● Collaborate cross functionally with Plant, Planning, Quality, Sales and Finance teams to ensure on time in full execution of the orders
● Drive Complaints/claims tracking and resolution for better customer experience
● Lead the implementation of new ERP system for EWIN
● Responsible to coach EWIN teams and identify training and development needs
● Maintain good, professional business relationship with internal and external stakeholders Team Capability Building
● Identify the skills needed for Logistics and CFSC roles & ensure robust succession & development plans
● Creates a spirit of One Supply Chain to bring all teams together under common objectives, while also ensuring strong integration with other teams to enable processes and deliver results by acting as the business co-pilot
● Coaches Supply Chain talent (day to day and in assigned mentoring situations)
● Responsible for sustaining a Supply Chain organization which is fit for purpose, capable of handling the evolving needs of the business and is cost optimized
Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience , Skills) :
● A Bachelors degree OR Masters degree a plus an MBA (Logistics/ Supply Chain) from an premier institute
● Minimum of 7 years of experience as a successful Supply Chain professional in a growing company/ organization with proficiency in Indian local logistics details, warehousing, transportation, and EXIM
● Extensive hands-on strategic and operational supply chain experience
● Knowledge and working experience of ERP (Hands-on experience with D365 will be an added advantage)
● Familiar with regulatory rules/ law and government policies pertaining to supply chain as a function which could have an impact on EWIN future growth prospects
● Strong network with logistics service providers.
● Positive and energetic team player, pleasant/people friendly with a warm personality, and willingness to learn
● Strong problem solving, analytical and planning skills
● Get things done with a high degree of ownership and accountability
● Possesses ability to communicate to employees at all levels in the organization
