We're seeking an exceptional
Lead Full Stack Software Engineer
to drive the development of our cutting-edge AI creativity tools. As a key early hire, you'll collaborate closely with the founding team to shape our product and company.
Position: Lead Fullstack EngineerLocation: Chennai, Pondicherry, RemoteDuration: Fulltime / Contract / Freelancing
What You'll Do:Lead the development and deployment of our core product.Mentor and guide a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Define and execute the technical roadmap in alignment with our company's vision and goals.Work hand-in-hand with our design and product teams to create intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces.Contribute strategically to the product direction and overall growth of the company.
Example projects:Develop a Chrome extension that allows users to seamlessly access our AI tools directly within their browser.Create an iPhone keyboard extension that integrates our AI capabilities for on-the-go creativity.
About YouStrong expertise in frontend development, with a deep understanding of React, Next.js, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, ES6, etc.).Experience with backend development, particularly in Node.js and MongoDB.Familiarity with AWS and Vercel for deployments is a significant plus.Proven track record of leading the development of complex, interactive applications with meticulous attention to detail.Understanding of distributed systems design, deployment, and troubleshooting.Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage high-performing engineering teams.Having experience in taking from products from 0 to 1.User-centric mindset and a keen understanding of user needs and behaviors.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Pragmatic approach to technology, balancing innovation with practical considerations for rapid product delivery.Self-driven and entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for creating exceptional, user-friendly interfaces.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience. 5+ years of experience preferred.
Bonus PointsPassion for writing or creating art, with deep connections to these communities.Experience or interest in machine learning, NLP, and image generation algorithms.Familiarity with building browser extensions and mobile keyboard apps.
