We are seeking an experienced SAP/IT Recruiter to join our team in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on SAP technologies. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates with expertise in SAP HANA, FICO, FSCM, FICA, and FIN CO.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top SAP talent.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
Provide regular updates on recruitment status and candidate pipeline.

Technical Expertise:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on SAP technologies.
Proven track record of successfully hiring for SAP roles such as SAP HANA, FICO, FSCM, FICA, and FIN CO.
Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem and its various modules.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:
Certification in SAP or related technologies.
