Qualifications - BE - Chemical Engineering / Diploma (chemical
Experience - 5-8 years
Location- Pune (Travelling to Site for commissioning as & when required)
Key Responsibilities:
1.Remote Monitoring System establishment, installation, operating and monitoring from Praj Tower for O&M site.
2. Program logic development and testing along with IT team / Process team
3. Understand logic with the vendor and process team
4. Dry logic check
5. Close working with Praj IT team
6. Basic understanding of Engineering drawings & documents like Water Balance, Process Flow Diagram, Hydraulic Flow Diagram, Equipment Layout, P&I Diagram, etc
Technical Competencies:
1. Udnerstanding of PLC and SCADA, ZLD, ETP, WTP, STP
2. Conversant with basics of effluent treatment & water treatment technology, terms & definitions, various processes involved.
3. Familiar with plant operation & equipment like Oil separator, DAF, UASB, Anoxic, Aeration, Clarifiers, Filters, UF, RO, Pumps, Blowers, etc.
4. Proper understanding and preparation of water balance of plant
5. Knowledge of instrumentation requirement to operate the plant and to meet process guarantees.
6. Basic understanding of UF & RO projections.
7. Min. 5-8 years of hands on experience of water & waste water treatment O&M / Process / Operation / Maintenance.
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Good communication - written and verbal
2. Strong in data handling
3. Conditioning monitoring
4. Good command on MS office
