Job Description:

The IT Manager will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals and overseeing the technical infrastructure of our clients. This includes managing servers, networking, communication systems, and ensuring data security. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal teams and external clients effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT team in providing managed services for clients in the US, UK, and Australia.
  • Design, implement, and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and communication systems.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with international standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Oversee IT operations, including server management, network configuration, and security protocols.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity for clients.
  • Stay updated with new technology trends and recommend improvements to client infrastructures.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement of hardware/software as needed.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of servers, networking (LAN, WAN, VPN), communication systems, and security protocols.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified are preferred.
